Analysis: Moisture, Cracks & Hardness
During the in-person appointment, our technicians will analyze the slab to perform moisture test, analyze cracks in the slab and test for concrete hardness profile per the International Concrete Repair Institute specifications. If any defects are found, it will be discussed with various options to mitigate the risk. Most common defects are moisture in the slab & cracks which our technicians resolve it before installing the floors.
